The Mission
We strive to elevate the role of Student Affairs and Services Professionals in Europe. Their expertise as key contributors to student success, enhancing student learning, development and well-being.
EucA advocates to promote an educational model of student housing for the holistic growth of students.

Areas of impact
EucA for Student Affairs professionals
By increasing the visibility of Student Affairs professionals across Europe, and bringing their perspectives into policy discussions, we work to ensure that those who support students are themselves recognised, valued, and empowered to shape the future of higher education.
Student Affairs and Services professionals play a vital role in higher education and youth development. Through their daily engagement with students, they offer guidance, create supportive environments, and design experiences to nurture personal growth, well-being, and a strong sense of belonging.

EucA for Student Housing
Through advocacy, we support policies on student housing that go beyond mere accommodation, fostering students’ well-being, community life, and personal growth.
The student housing crisis in the EU is a systemic challenge that impacts social equity, access to education, and youth well-being. However, it can be transformed into an opportunity to rethink the role of student housing on the student academic performance
