In the framework of Be The Change, an Erasmus+ project, Women Career Accelerator (WCA) is a development course created for university students that want to:
EXPLORE themselves, their career interests and work values.
DISCOVER careers where they might fit in and enjoy.
PLAN making initial decisions about the education, training, and experience needed to start a career during studies, developing new soft skills and expertise.
It is an experiential journey of self-discovery towards building their career and exploring the future of work. Through an interactive course composed of events, company visits, personal mentoring, and much more, 20 university students would kick-off their careers.
