EucA acts as a springboard for young people who want to pursue international careers or are keen on education or youth policies. Recent graduates or students from our network are invited to join us for an immersive international experience! 

Either in person or online, we propose both traineeships (for graduates or students about to graduate) and internships (for students still enrolled in their university) in two of our lines of work: Projects and Communication.

You will work for a European Association in the field of Education and will have a taste of international work. From our side, we expect to have a proactive, resourceful and hard-working colleague to help us offer great initiatives and activities to students and student affairs professionals!

Learn and experience all about the international work of a European NGO in the field of Education! Follow the work of EU institutions, network with peer education associations, manage our contacts with our members and students from all over Europe, assist in writing project proposals and managing EU projects, and of course, participate in and organise new learning experiences for students! 

TASKS

  • organise from start to finish career services or citizenship events for students;

  • manage EU projects and initiatives on active citizenship, soft skills development, and employability (desk research, dissemination, administrative support, and project management);

  • assist in writing EU projects proposals; 

  • monitor youth and education policies, attend and report on meetings from EU institutions or other stakeholders;

  • maintain engagement with members of the network and their students.

As part of our team, you will be at the forefront of international education for young people, will learn how to network with European colleges and universities, and, of course, take part and organize innovative learning experiences for students both online and around Europe.

TASKS

  • organising from start to finish career services or citizenship events for students, both in person, online or hybrid, like career coaching online courses, International Career Fair or career coaching services.

  • ensuring student and operations support in online courses to guarantee personalized and high-quality services;

  • assisting in the organization of professional development initiatives for student affairs professionals (marketing, preparing event and post-event materials);

  • assisting in writing or managing EU projects on soft skills development, career services, residence life or student affairs (desk research, dissemination, administrative support, and project management); 

  • monitor youth and education policies, attend and report on meetings from EU institutions or other stakeholders;

  • maintain engagement with members of the network and their students.

Join the EucA Communications team! You will work closely with the Communications Director to implement the corporate and projects-related communications. In this role you will have the opportunity to help develop the Communications strategy through different channels (Newsletter, Social Media, Website, etc), and to bring forward the key messages to our target audience. A fresh and young team is waiting for you!

TASKS

  • Propose and execute updates to website and publications to ensure content is fresh, timely, and relevant

  • Newsletters (monitoring, drafting, organisation of the mailing lists, etc.) 

  • Work with communications team members to conceptualize and implement communications strategies and campaigns on different platforms

We offer a position as a Digital Communications Officer to join our Communication Team in Brussels to strengthen the Association’s online presence. He/she will implement with his/her expertise the corporate and projects-related digital communications strategy.

TASKS

 General support to the communication activities, such as:

  • Develop creative content for the EucA Social Media Channels and craft the EucA voice online;

  • Monitor and identify Social Media trends and topics in the EucA areas of interests (Education, youth, EU, etc.) 

  • Track Social Media performances, collect and analyze the analytics; 

  • Develop proposals and realize digital marketing campaigns;

  • Create new graphics, layout documents or publications, videos and designs to support the EucA visual presence;

  • Manage updates of the website

EucA is looking for a Social Media Assistant with excellent design and graphics skills to join our Communication Team. In this role you will create engaging content for the Associations Social Media presence, including keeping social media channels updated and brand-focused, and seeking out new social media avenues and ways of connecting with our target audiences. TASKS​​
