Call for Host Organizations! - Student Leadership Bootcamp 2027-2028

EucA is looking for partner organizations to host the 5th and the 6th Editions (February–April 2027 / February–April 2028) of its celebrated Student Leadership Bootcamp.

A three-day international program, the Bootcamp brings together European student leaders to network, share best practices, and develop leadership skills while exchanging insights on key topics related to their communities. The event features workshops focused on engagement, community leadership, wellbeing, and social responsibility.

Each edition is co-designed with the selected host organization, offering a unique opportunity to showcase your institution while actively contributing to a shared learning experience.

Why apply?

Hosting the Bootcamp offers significant visibility within an international European network, with the host’s logo featured on all promotional materials and digital channels. A key benefit is the opportunity for up to 15 local students from the host institution to participate free of charge, fostering direct international engagement. While EucA coordinates the overall format, both organizations work closely to ensure strong event visibility and meaningful exposure for the host community during on-site implementation.

Who can apply?

Hosting is open to universities, colleges, student residences, and student-focused organizations. While EucA members receive priority in the selection process, strong applications from non-member institutions are highly encouraged (non-members will sign a Memorandum of Understanding upon selection).
