What's the plan?
Develop essential skills on public speaking, problem-solving, effective communication, teamwork, and more! Through hands-on workshops and interactive activities, you will gain the confidence to apply these skills both in professional and personal contexts.
What's more, you will explore Greek culture and breathtaking landscapes with a trip to Mount Olympus and other key landmarks of the multicultural Thessaloniki.

Activities
Thanks to 30 hours of certified training you will take part in:

An online onboarding experience (pre-event).

A cultural visit to the renowned Mount Olympus.

Professional trainings on soft skills and career development with 2 international trainers on-site.

One-day training with certified trainer from the United States of America for the Leadership Alphabet of Disposition Development Engagement and Reflection (LADDER©)

Group activities & networking opportunitie.
What is included

Courses and trainings on career development & soft skills from local trainers and experts in the American Farm School.

Cultural activity and trip to Mount Olympus.

Workshops with non-formal education on soft skills, public speaking, emotional intelligence and storytelling.

Five nights boarding at Perrotis College American Farm School;
