What's the plan?

Develop essential skills on public speaking, problem-solving, effective communication, teamwork, and more! Through hands-on workshops and interactive activities, you will gain the confidence to apply these skills both in professional and personal contexts.

 

What's more, you will explore Greek culture and breathtaking landscapes with a trip to Mount Olympus and other key landmarks of the multicultural Thessaloniki.

You will master key soft skills thanks to expert-led workshops, laboratories, interactive group lessons, and networking! Take the first step of your career and gain abilities on emotional intelligence, public speaking, problem-solving, and more...

You will boost your confidence by putting lessons into action and connecting with other young people across Europe, all in a unique international setting and coached by a team of educational professionals.

You will meet new international friends while exploring the intercultural city of Thessaloniki, discovering Greek culture through interactive activities and engaging group visits.

Activities

Thanks to 30 hours of certified training you will take part in:

 

  • An online onboarding experience (pre-event).
     

  • A cultural visit to the renowned Mount Olympus.
     

  • Professional trainings on soft skills and career development with 2 international trainers on-site.
     

  • One-day training with certified trainer from the United States of America for the Leadership Alphabet of Disposition Development Engagement and Reflection (LADDER©)
     

  • Group activities & networking opportunitie.

What is included

  • Courses and trainings on career development & soft skills from local trainers and experts in the American Farm School.
     

  • Cultural activity and trip to Mount Olympus.
     

  • Workshops with non-formal education on soft skills, public speaking, emotional intelligence and storytelling.
     

  • Two international trainers.
     

  • Networking opportunities.

  • Five nights boarding at Perrotis College American Farm School;
     

  • Meals: five buffet breakfasts, three lunches, one dinner;

What is not included

  • Round-trip travel to Thessaloniki,
