More than 130 students from all over Europe attended the International Career Fair 2023 on 12 and 13 May 2023, in Turin, Italy.
Organized by EucA in collaboration with Collegio Einaudi and Conferenza Collegi di Merito, the event has offered students training activities such as career speed dating, company presentations, interviews, and career coaching sessions powered by leading companies as well as the EucA Team.
UMANA, Accenture, Henkel, Lavazza, SCAI Group-ETT Solutions, CNH Industrial, NPO Torino, CNH Industrial, Cogne Acciai Speciali, Accenture, American Express, FISU Games, newcleo, Navantia and Matter Group partnered the event to recruit students from University Colleges members of EucA.
During the 2 days, students could improve their job search skills, explore new careers, and have a unique networking experience. The atmosphere created by all actors involved in supporting students with personalized feedback was highly appreciated and contributed to the event’s success.

The opening session, titled “the key competencies of the future” highlighted the importance of soft skills such as curiosity and critical thinking as well the identification of skills in the areas of digital and green tech as crucial in the path of all students.
