"Message in a Bottle" - International video contest

Do you live in a College? Can yu handle a camera? Do you feel creative? Are you willing to take the challenge of getting the youth closer to the European Union and the European Union closer to the youth?

Group with other residents (max 2 or 3 people), make and send a short video (max 3 minutes long) of communication and information about Europe to:

Personages of the Institutional Community will award the best videos in Brussels in June 2010. Three trips to the European Capital and three grants of 2000 euros, 1000 euros and 500 euros are up for grabs for the winners.
