EUCA recommends the training program “Junior Consulting” - next call deadline 24 September CLOSED

 Junior Consulting is a training program designed for outstanding master’s de-gree students that are graduating from the faculties of engineering, computer science, mathematics, or business.

The program Junior Consulting is based on real consulting projects with planed deliverables, periodically shared and validated by the company partners.

The projects are developed by young talents from Italian Universities, organized in three members teams, recruit-ed based on the single project requirement and in common agreement with the company partner, headed by a project manager from the Consulting Academy.

A Consulting Academy aim is to guarantee the professional grown as well as the personal one, whether respect-ing a deadline or the partner requirements.

After 2 weeks pre-training/ warming-up the students spend 2 weeks in Dublin to study English and to achieve the TOEFL certification. The trainees are associated to a team and to their respective project work.The project follows a work plan that includes continued interactions with the client and training courses.

A Consulting Academy team leader educates students on managing by projects and supports them in their personal development process.
